Craig Lane

Craig Lane has spent the past 21 years working for various San Francisco restaurants (Vertigo, MC2, Farallon, Slanted Door, and Heaven's Dog). From 2006-2007, he spent a year abroad expanding his service repertoire while working at the prestigious one-star Michelin-rated Restaurant Margaux in Berlin, Germany. Since opening Bar Agricole in 2010, Craig has collaborated with Thad Vogler and Eric Johnson to create a comprehensive list of classic cocktails designed to showcase grower-producer spirits and other handmade ingredients that are outstanding in their class.
