Bar Agricole Valentine's Day 2018

Hello lovers.

Join us on Wednesday, February 14th for a romantic 4-course, family-style meal.  All prepared by Chef Seth for couples and group loves.  As always, we are able to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions.  Menu below:

Brined Carrots, Rutabagas and Cauliflower 

Marinated Castelvetrano Olives marinated in citrus, garlic and coriander
Empanadas with chimichurri 

Lightly Cured Trout with pine nut crackers, horseradish creme fraiche, and dill
Little Gems with housemade-buttermilk and tarragon dressing, brooks and daughters toasted pumpkin seeds and shaved riverdog radishes 

Grilled Ribeye with salsa verde, black trumpet mushrooms and Béarnaise Sauce

Channel Islands Yellowtail marinated with preserved meyer lemon, espelette and herbs 

Roasted Cauliflower with bagna cauda
Grilled Escarole
Anson Mills Farro Verde 

Honey Cake with vanilla whipped cream and winter citrus
