Smoky Preserved Eggplant with pomegranate

Chicory Salad with fuyu persimmon, walnuts, sunchoke chips and parmesan

Winter Citrus with Sausalito Springs watercress, toasted pumpkin seeds and chili

Pears & Grapes with fresh cheese, "abuelita" and pinecone vinegar

Dungeness Crab Veracruzana

Slow-Cooked Beef with toasted chilis, chocolate, fruit and spices

Black Truffle Tamale with fermented tomatillo fonduta

Aromatic Brown Rice

Grilled Escarole with lemon and olive oil
