Chef Seth is working on a four-course, family-style meal, featuring:

Wild Mushroom Fonduta with Josey Baker Bread

Charcuterie with house-made mustard

Chicories from Star Route with pink lady apples, pecans, medjool dates and roasted garlic vinaigrette

Local Dungeness Crab and Winter Citrus Salad with fennel, chervil and aleppo chili

Beef - or - Beet Tartare with capers, shallot, dijon and grilled flatbread

Mojo Marinated Black Cod

Chateaubriand with bearnaise and chimichurri

A Fried Egg with wild mushrooms from Bryan Jessup and kabocha squash

Grilled Escarole with lemon and olive oil
